Please note — To qualify for the Merchant Rate you must represent an organization that primarily
operates as a consumer retailor. Strategic Solution Network (SSN) reserves the right to make final
determination of rate eligibility.

SUBSTITUTION & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization (should be same corporate entity named on original registration) up to 24 hours prior to the first day of the event. All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the event to receive a refund less an administrative charge of $250.00. No refunds will be issued after 30 days prior to the event. However, the registration fee less the administrative charge can be credited toward another SSN event of similar value (registration must be received within 6 months of the event from which you cancel). Any price differential must be paid. In case of conference cancellation, SSN's liability is limited to refund of conference registration fee only. All SSN programs are subject to change and we reserve the right to alter all programs without prior notice.
