Anil D. Aggarwal has been a leader in emerging payments and financial services for over a decade. He is currently the Chairman and CEO of TxVia, a technology company that has transformed transaction processing with the platform-as-a-service (PaaS) delivery model. Mr. Aggarwal is also the founder and former Chairman of the Network Branded Prepaid Card Association (NBPCA), a leading nonprofit, inter-industry trade organization. Previously, Mr. Aggarwal co-founded and served as CEO of Prepaid Media, a trade media company which created the Paybefore publication as well as the Prepaid Expo conference, both of which are now properties of IIR USA. Earlier, Mr. Aggarwal served as CEO and a director of TSYS Prepaid, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSYS (NYSE: TSS), and it's predecessor, Clarity Payment Solutions, a venture-backed processing company, which he co-founded in 1999.

Farhan Ahmad is the General Manager of Prepaid and Director of Emerging Payments for Discover Network, a business unit of Discover Financial Services. In this position, he oversees all facets of Discover Network's prepaid business including product development, sales, marketing and relationship management. Mr. Ahmad is also responsible for developing and managing Discover Network's strategy for emerging payments and initiatives, including contactless (RFID/NFC) payments and mobile payments and services.
In addition to managing prepaid and emerging payments, Mr. Ahmad also is responsible for growing the Network's volume and profitability through business development, strategic partnerships, and by building and managing the Network's intellectual property strategy.
Mr. Ahmad came to Discover from JPMorgan Chase where he successfully developed, launched and managed Chase HealthAdvance, a new business unit focused on the healthcare financing market. Also while at JPMorgan Chase, Mr. Ahmad held various roles overseeing product and growth strategy, sales strategy, and corporate Internet business initiatives.
Mr. Ahmad was also a founding member of Aceva Technologies, a private label credit company that offered real time credit and promotional financing products to online retailers. Mr. Ahmad has held positions at LifeMinders, First USA Bank and Information Resources Incorporated.

Independent Purchasing Cooperative/SUBWAY® Restaurants
As IPC's Director of Electronic Payments and President of Value Pay Services LLC, Dave Baldwin is responsible for insuring that all programs associated with electronic payments are reliable, secure and accurate for SUBWAY franchisees. His team manages and administers the SUBWAY® Card programs, End to End Encryption, the banking and card brand relationships for the Integrated Credit and Debit card program and the functionality of the internal payments platform.
Prior to assuming his current role, Baldwin spent close to three years as the Vice President of Card Services for Value Pay Services LLC, IPC's wholly-owned subsidiary that manages and operates a number of key technology services for SUBWAY® franchisees. Initiatives included significantly increasing sales for the SUBWAY® Card program, internalizing the processing of credit cards in the United States and developing and deploying End to End Encryption technology to the system, to secure the POS.
Baldwin has more than 20 years' experience in retail, technology and payments. Prior to IPC, he was Vice President of Sales and Client Management at Chockstone, where he and his team worked with leading national retailers like Brinker (Chili's) and Ticketmaster to personalize the consumer experience at the Point of Sale through gift, rewards and loyalty programs. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in Liberal Arts.

As chief commerce officer, Ed Busby leads Isis' commerce strategy development, including product, pricing and strategic relationships.
Busby brings more than 15 years of telecommunications, retail and consumer product- consulting experience to his role at Isis. Most recently, he was a partner in Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) practice, where he was a thought leader on digital advertising including local, social and mobile marketing. Busby is currently an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School, where he teaches a course on local, social and mobile marketing. He also consults the NYC Media Lab on the topic of new media job creation in New York City.

Steven Casco is the founder and publisher of CardNotPresent.com, a leading resource for e-commerce, catalogue and other merchants that accept customer- and card not present payments. Previously, Casco served in various roles at Prepaid Media, where he helped lead the creation and operation of the Prepaid Card Expo, and served as the primary developer and technological force behind Paybefore.com, the leading publication for the prepaid and stored value card industry. Prior to Prepaid Media, Casco had successful stints as an entrepreneur, published author, University faculty member and guest lecturer. Following the acquisition of his first company, Casco authored a book in the field of Internet and software security and joined the faculty of Northeastern University in Boston. Daniel Chatelain started his career more than twenty years ago as a pioneer of the Minitel, focusing on banking, telecommunication and media services. He is a serial entrepreneur and has launched several technology ventures within the EADS Group (Airbus, Ariane Espace, Eurocopter) and the Lagardere Group (Elle, Woman's Day, Car & Driver, Hachette, Canal Satellite).
Mr. Chatelain graduated in France with master's degrees in physics and mathematics, and a specialty in semiconductors. He is on the advisory boards of several start-ups in the Silicon Valley and Europe. He is also a founder of The BayPay Forum, a Silicon Valley networking group specializing in payments that includes over 2,220 different companies interested in innovation in payments.

Jacqueline is a partner with Glenbrook Partners, a payments strategy-consulting firm based in California. Jacqueline brings extensive knowledge across multiple disciplines including cards, mobile, alternative payments, risk management, commercial and information products. Having started her career with Bain and Accenture in Canada and then the US, she leads client engagements in developing new business models, evaluating alternative providers, competitive market assessment and product strategy. Jacqueline is an elected trustee of the Napa Valley Unified School Board.

Cheryl Collier is the Vice President of Operations at SEFCU, one of the 50 largest credit unions in the U.S., with over 220,000 members, $2.3 billion in assets and 44 branches located in upstate and western New York. In this role, Cheryl has oversight responsibility for all facets of SEFCU's payment and deposit operations that includes ATM, Card (debit, credit, prepaid), Online/mobile/emerging payments, ACH and Item Processing areas.
Prior to joining SEFCU, Cheryl held several positions of increasing authority within banking in the areas of deposit, payment, pension/retirement plan and insurance product operations. In addition to over a decade of experience in financial services, Collier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from The College of Saint Rose - graduating magnum cum laude and has held the NACHA Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification since 1999.

Richard K. Crone leads Crone Consulting LLC, an independent advisory firm specializing in helping retailers and financial institutions integrate mobile self– service capabilities with payments optimization strategies toreduce costs, increase customer loyalty and sales. The firm’s clients include some of the largest players in the mobile ecosystem including retailers, convenience stores, wireless carriers, handset manufacturers, financial institutions, payment processors, recurring billers, card issuers, and technology start–ups. Mehdi Elhaoussine is leading the Convergence & Solutions activities for the Americas region. Prior to joining Oberthur Technologies in November 2010, Mehdi was employed as the EMEA region General Manager with CASSIS International, a provider of mobile payments software. He began his career in 1999 as Marketing Director at Welcome Real-time, a loyalty software provider for EMV payment cards. Mehdi has an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Nantes and an MBA from IAE Aix-en-Provence.

Gus is Vice President at Benchmark Capital. He has spent a decade working with teams to build high growth technology businesses. He was part of the early team at Higher One (NYSE:ONE) and has been involved with the company from the first prototypes through to its 2010 IPO and remains a Board Observer. He is also an angel investor in over a dozen early stage technology companies. Previously, Gus was also a consultant for McKinsey & Company in the US and Asia serving clients in financial services and financial technology/payments.

Bill Gajda is the Head of Global Mobile Product, at Visa Inc., the world’s largest retail payment network.
Gajda oversees Visa's mobile product and commercial strategies and activities. In this role, he manages a global initiative to build alliances, develop and implement mobile services and platforms that enable the next generation of payments and financial services.
Prior to joining Visa in Feb. 2010, he served as chief commercial officer for the GSMA, the organization which represents the interests of the worldwide mobile communications industry. He led strategic initiatives including Mobile Money, Mobile Money Transfer, Mobile Advertising, Strategic Partnerships, Mobile Innovation and Business Development. Before becoming chief commercial officer, Gajda served as chief marketing officer and oversaw global marketing, communications and member services strategies and activities.
Gajda has also served as head of marketing at Ericsson and held key executive positions at Bell Canada International and TELUS.
Gajda holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alberta.

As CEO of Placecast, Alistair Goodman brings both passion and experience in helping create, build, and scale successful new media organizations.
Prior to Placecast, Alistair was Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Exponential Interactive, an online media services and technology company whose flagship brand - the Tribal Fusion ad network - grew to be one of the largest privately-held digital media companies in the U.S. during his time there. Will Wang Graylin is founder and CEO of ROAM Data, a leading global mCommerce platform provider extending both physical Point of Sale (POS) and virtual eCommerce to the mobile environment. Prior to WAY he was founder and CEO of EntitleNet, a security software company enabling Web and eCommerce applications with secure access management, sold to BEA Systems (now part of Oracle). Before that he was founder and President of Marbles (later Skyfire Technologies,) the world's first thin-client mobile software company focused on enterprise mobile workforce applications. He is also currently serving on the board of two other companies including NYSE traded Sino Hub (SIHI), a mobile phone supply chain company. Will earned two Masters degrees from MIT (MBA & MSEECS) after serving as a US Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer for nearly 6 years, (he was the first Chinese immigrant to serve in that role, after being naturalized as a US citizen in 1987.)

Jamie Henry joined Walmart Stores in 2010 to work on Payment Services in the Corporate Treasury department. Jamie is focused on new payment technologies across the Walmart enterprise, which includes Walmart US stores, Walmart.com, Sam's Club and Walmart International. Prior to joining Walmart, Jamie held leadership roles in technology, strategy, innovation and product management across multiple industries. Jamie's career has been centralized around bringing new product development initiatives to market. Jamie began his career in engineering technology in the automotive industry, before moving to the financial services industry.

Peter Ho is a Vice President and Product Manager in Wells Fargo's Consumer Lending Group. Mohammad Khan is the President and Founder of ViVOtech Inc. Mr. Khan held several engineering, marketing, and business development management positions during the 15 years he worked with VeriFone. Joining VeriFone in its early stage in 1983, Mr. Khan helped the company develop its payment automation systems and later helped successfully market these products in more than 96 countries. Included were the smart card and security payment products he conceived for VeriFone and launched to its worldwide markets in the early '90s. Mr. Khan was also a co-founder of the Internet Commerce Division within VeriFone and was responsible for expansion of its Internet payment systems business into more than 25 countries. Mr. Khan holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In 2006 Mohammad Khan was recognized as a leader of the Electronic Payments Industry by the Transaction Trends Magazine and in 2005 as a "Mover and Shaker" of the Electronic Payments Industry by the Transaction World magazine.

As vice president of retail and prepaid products, Don Kingsborough brings experience in consumer product development, technology, retail, point-of-sale, and merchant relationships. In his current role, Kingsborough oversees PayPal’s market expansion offline and into traditional retail stores.
Prior to PayPal, Kingsborough was president and CEO of Blackhawk Network, a leader in third–party prepaid card products that he founded in 2001. He also founded and served as CEO of toy manufacturer Worlds of Wonder, Inc., where he propelled this startup business to one of the nation’s fastest growing companies in just two years. Before Worlds of Wonder, Kingsborough was president of the consumer products division at Atari Corporation. There, he played a key role in the development and introduction of new products, marketing strategies, and innovation efforts for Atari products. Kingsborough led the introduction of the sales phenomenon Nintendo to America
through an exclusive four–year sales and marketing agreement, during which period sales for Nintendo rose from zero to more than $2 billion.


At TheFind, Usher is director of corporate communications and a merchant and t–commerce evangelist. Usher’s experience in eCommerce dates back to the first Internet boom in the mid–to–late 90’s where he took over Al Gore’s invention and (just kidding, but seriously) managed the campaigns of several dotcom and services companies (many of whom no longer exist) that either sold directly to consumers or helped facilitate eCommerce in its infancy. Following a five year entrepreneurial stretch, Usher was recruited into eBay in 2007 to be the spokesperson for that company’s flagship marketplace. At eBay, Usher’s responsibilities included managing communications with sellers during a period of unprecedented change for the marketplace. Usher joined TheFind in November of 2009, holds a bachelors degree in political science from the University of Colorado at Boulder, is a collector of vinyl records and South American futbol jerseys, an avid mountain biker, skier, father of 3, an Amazon Prime subscriber, and a firm believer that it is best to dive directly into the deep end of the pool.

Online and Mobile Platforms, American Express
Peter Lurie is Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Business Development, for online and mobile platforms for the Enterprise Growth group at American Express. In this capacity, he negotiates and structures relationships regarding emerging payment platforms with American Express's key partners.
Prior to joining American Express, Mr. Lurie was general counsel of Virgin Mobile USA, which he co-founded. He helped guide the company from concept and business plan, organization and start-up, national launch and rapid growth through the transition to a mature operating business. Mr. Lurie played a key role in negotiating credit financing, managing a $412 million initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange, structuring strategic acquisitions, and the eventual sale of the company to Sprint. Most recently, he was a senior vice president at Sprint and one of four executives running the company's prepaid group. Mr. Lurie was responsible for negotiating with the company's key business partners, including technology companies, retailers, media companies and device manufacturers.
Mr. Lurie serves as chairman of the board of Urban Arts Partnership, a not-for-profit organization that interweaves arts education in the core curriculum of over 75 New York City public schools. He is an active member in the technology community and is a director of Waterfall Mobile, LLC, a technology company that enables mobile commerce.
Mr. Lurie is a graduate of Dartmouth College and The University of Chicago Law School.

In December 2006, Dan took on the role of Senior Vice President of the Global Products team within the Payments Division.
Formerly the Vice President of Sales Engineering & Product Management within the Telecommunications Services Division of TNS, Dan has been with the company since 2001, holding various positions in consultative solutions engineering and product strategy. Before joining TNS, Dan was the Director of Product Management at Fastcomm Communications (currently Encore Networks) in Dulles, VA.
As the SVP of Global Products, Dan leads a team of 20 plus staff responsible for working with the regional general managers within TNS' Payments Division to develop and implement product and marketing strategies, equipping the sales teams with messaging, tools, pricing, and contracts, and providing consultative technical support and project management to pre and post-sales customer engagements. As part of his role, Dan enjoys the challenge and responsibility of working with the regional teams and other stakeholders to identify new market opportunities and influence how product development resources are allocated.
Dan received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech University.
He is based at TNS' Headquarters in Reston, Virginia and resides in nearby Bristow with his wife and three children. When not at TNS, Dan enjoys watching his kids' athletic activities, spending time with his family, golfing and travelling.

Oliver Manahan is the Vice President of Emerging Payments with MasterCard . In his role, Mr. Manahan is responsible for managing all aspects of MasterCard's chip programs. Mr. Manahan has been with MasterCard since May 2006 and works closely with customers in defining and executing new payment strategies. Prior to joining MasterCard, Mr. Manahan was with Visa Canada for nearly a decade in the emerging products area. Mr. Manahan started his career in the Information Technology field, with companies such as Mercedes-Benz and Pepsi. Mr. Manahan is MasterCard's Board Member for the Smart Card Alliance and co-chair of its Payments Council.

As a director of business development for Gemalto North America, Mr. Mendoza focuses on mobile financial services, with mobile banking and near field communications mobile payments as primary services. Mr. Mendoza's breadth of experience translates through telecom (wireless and wire line), from research and development, to business development. Mr. Mendoza interacts with customers including network operators, card associations and financial institutions. As a marketer, Mr. Mendoza is responsible for strategic market penetration plans and execution, partnerships, growth development and implementation. Mr. Mendoza received his bachelor degree in electrical engineering from the University of Houston and masters in engineering administration from St. Mary's University. Paul Moreton is the Senior Business Director for Mobile Payments at Capital One. In this role, he leads Capital One’s mobile payments strategy, partnerships, and directing development of mobile payment capabilities.
At Capital One, Paul’s responsibilities include defining the business and technology concepts for mobile development through researching technology and partnership options, analyzing business and mobile technology, oversight of customer and market research, and developing business strategy. Paul maintains relationships with the leading mobile payment players (operators, mobile device manufacturers, mobile operating systems, and Trusted Service Managers) and payment networks as well as innovative start ups.
Paul joined Capital One in 2011 with over 13 years of expertise in mobile software and mobile commerce. Previously, he was the Director of Global Payments and Product Management for Nokia’s Digital Commerce Platform. During this time, Nokia enabled direct billing for applications, music, games, and other services with 124 operators in 43 countries.
Paul also led Quickoffice (Mobile Office Suite) for over 8 years Vice President of Product Management and GM. Paul attended the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University for his MBA. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama. He currently lives in Virginia with his wife and two children.

Mr. Muñoz has been in The Electronic Payments Industry for over 20-Years. His qualifications include the creation of his first Independent Sales Organization for Merchant Services by the age of 20, while completing a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Florida International University. He went on to create the first non-bank company of its kind within the Region of Puerto Rico. He completed his Masters in Business Administration and performed his Graduate Studies on The Electronic Payments Acceptance (Acquiring) Industry. Such study became the base for the first Non-Bank ISO and Member Service Provider within Puerto Rico which, he founded by January 1997. After over a decade of working in the transaction Acquiring side of the industry, Mr. Muñoz's evolution into the Card Issuance side of the business was a natural one. He went on to create an Open-Loop Prepaid-Card Issuing Company. The company's integration of the cell phone as THE enabling tool for its target market segment to manage their accounts and share funds between friends and family across the globe, together with its proprietary loading network, and partner banks and network services providers outside the US, clearly positioned it to best partake from the era of "Mobile Payments" right from the start.
Today, Mr. Muñoz serves as Executive Vice-President of CHARGE Anywhere LLC., a premier technology provider that is directly involved in the secure enablement of Payment Issuance (Mobile/Digital Wallets), and Payment Acceptance (Mobile POS) solutions via mobile devices, Anywhere and Everywhere around the world.

Malcolm Nunes has been part of The Home Depot's Financial Services team for over seven years, with key roles developing the private label card business and managing bankcard relationships. Most recently, he has been focusing on the development of alternative tenders and mobile payments. Malcolm also manages most of The Home Depot's overall cost of acceptance by delivering efficiency.
Prior to joining The Home Depot, Malcolm consulted in the Financial Services sector, working with a number of large institutions on their consumer financial services portfolios. He has graduate degrees in Finance and Information Systems.

Richard "Rick" Oglesby is a senior analyst with Aite Group, focusing on merchant acquiring and commercial card issuing.
Mr. Oglesby brings to Aite Group more than 15 years of experience in the payments and financial services industries. Before joining Aite Group, he spent five years on product development and revenue growth initiatives with TSYS Acquiring Solutions, including developing acquiring operational management tools and executing strategic efforts to penetrate new markets and lines of business, both organically and through acquisition.
Prior to this, Mr. Oglesby spent 10 years with American Express and American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise Financial). In various roles there he led issuing and acquiring fraud operations in Latin America, corporate card risk management in Europe, small-business new product development in Australia and Asia, and small-business product distribution in Europe. He also held positions with American Express Financial Advisors/Ameriprise, where he focused on the development of client management and retention tools for financial advisors.
Mr. Oglesby holds a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of International Management, and a Master of Project Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management. He received his B.A. from Lafayette College and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Keith has worked for over 15 years to create, implement and support the most effective payment processing programs within the United States. Keith joined Fifth Third Processing Solutions (FTPS) in 2001. Since then, Keith and his strategic team of payment consultants have delivered a wealth of value to the tier 1 national merchant community by enhancing receivables management programs and eliminating significant associated expense. In August of 2007, Keith was assigned the incremental responsibility of managing the new, direct business development of the CMC business line of FTPS which focuses on the end-to-end delivery of credit issuance solutions to financial institutions, non-traditional lenders and retailers.
Prior to 5/3, Keith served as Director of National Accounts at eFunds (Formerly Deluxe Payment Systems / SCAN) where he and his team worked with over 45 of the top 100 retailers in the nation to minimize their check processing expense.
As Vice President of Harris Bank / Bank of Montreal's merchant processing division, Keith directed the sales and support of a remarketing channel which focused on the distribution of merchant processing support through agent banks and independent sales organizations (ISOs).
In addition to bringing extensive payment processing knowledge and experience to the 5/3 team, Keith brings significant high-level business development and relationship management experience. His knowledge, experience and skills are focused directly at adding value to all participants of the electronic payment landscape.

Mr. Pawelkiewicz holds the title of Director, Payments Strategy and Business Development and is accountable for the development of the Emerging Payments strategy and the deployment of Mobile Payments.
In his previous role as Director, Business Architecture (Strategy and Transformation) group, Mr. Pawelkiewicz and his team provided senior executives with advice, strategic options and business design to support strategy development and transformation.
Prior to joining the Royal Bank of Canada, Mr. Pawelkiewicz was an associate at Oliver Wyman Consulting where he worked with some of the leading global financial services organizations, advising senior executives on strategic and operational issues. Mr. Pawelkiewicz began his career in financial services as an analyst in the Corporate and Investment Bank division of Citigroup.
Mr. Pawelkiewicz received his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (2006) and holds an Honours B.A. in economics and finance from the University of Waterloo (2000). He is fluent in English and Polish and has a good working knowledge of French and Russian. Mr. Pawelkiewicz is an avid skier, enjoys travel, photography, golf, soccer, and competitive and recreational flying.

Tom Poole is the Managing Vice President for Mobile, Emerging Channels, Social Media and Web Analytics (MESA) at Capital One. In this role, he is responsible for developing Capital One’s mobile banking and payments strategy, creating Capital One’s social media strategy, and leading the company eforts on Web Analytics.
At Capital One, Tom has performed a variety of functions in the U.S. Card organization. He initially managed the Lifestyles acquisition business, which focused on acquiring card customers via links to hobbies, sports, and interests. Tom later served as Vice President of Superprime Customer Management, which includes programs focused on growing spend and balances with best credit customers. In 2003, Tom joined the Business Innovations team focused on sharing best practices within the organization. In 2007, Tom rejoined the U.S. Card Customer Management team, where his responsibilities included management of Capital One’s rewards programs, the relationship with both the Visa and MasterCard card associations, managing internet cardholder service strategy, and leading the team’s consultative sales initiative.
Tom joined Capital One in 1999. Prior to Capital One, Tom worked as a consultant for Accenture, covering multiple industries
across a variety of engagements. Tom attended the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia for his MBA.

Roy is the Managing Director of the Mobility practice area at Javelin. With over a decade of mobility-related industry experience, Roy directs new areas that Javelin monitors and explores to stay on the cutting edge of analysis and leadership in the mobile industry.
Roy is a former Gartner Analyst where he lead the firm's eCommerce research during the industry's hyper-growth phase in the late 1990's. As a leader in the eCommerce revolution, Roy worked with the industry's most transformational companies at the time, such as Priceline, Nordstrom and Fidelity. In addition he was a keynote speaker in the industry's most influential conferences and forums.
Roy has also held several executive leadership positions in the I/T industry. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of The Americas for Opera Software where he partnered with mobile software vendors such as Verizon and AT&T as well as technology-leading handset OEM and chipset companies such Motorola & Qualcomm. Prior to Opera Software, he held senior positions at both technology startups and larger technology companies including IBM.
Roy holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science and accounting, as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.

Tara Scarlett, Sr. Manager of Precision and Mobile Marketing at Coca-Cola, combines the art of marketing with the science of data. With over 15 years of marketing experience, she excels at visualizing possibilities, defining approaches, and making programs come to life with both purpose and value for the brand as well as the consumer/customer. Scarlett leads teams in designing and launching precision marketing programs focused on building stronger relationships between brand and consumer through innovative technologies like mobile and digital. With nearly 15–years of experience within credit card marketing and product development, Michael has enjoyed time amongst some of the largest players globally and in Canada, including RBC Royal Bank, Visa Inc., and most recently TD Bank. Having worked on numerous emerging technology initiatives, such as Verified by Visa, the Canadian migration to chip technology, contactless payments, mobile and multi–application, Michael has developed a keen understanding of some of the challenges and roadblocks that exist when pursuing new,
leading edge innovation. With a current mandate to identify, validate and deliver new payment opportunities for TD Bank, Michael is looking forward to sharing his experiences and lessons learned throughout his career.

Mr. Talach joined VeriFone in 2004, with an initial focus on Wireless & Mobile Products. From 2008 to 2011 he served as Vice President &Head of VeriFone's Global Product Management Organization, responsible for identifying global payment trends, defining new concepts, & delivering new products in the 110+ countries VeriFone products are sold into.
Most recently, Mr. Talach has assumed the new responsibility of managing key & strategic partners that serve to act as catalysts for change within the Payments Industry. Such relationships, include Google, ISIS, PayPal, and other NFC, Wallet, & Social Commerce initiatives. Before joining VeriFone, he was an early employee at Research In Motion, and witnessed the evolution of the BlackBerry smartphone. His responsibility at that time included licensing wireless technology to Payment Providers.
Mr. Talach is a Proud Canadian, who currently resides in Sacramento California, with his wife Sarah.

Greg launched Silicon Valley operations for Rogers Venture Partners. He launched Globe Telecom's Silicon Valley venture capital operations and founded Cross Pacific Capital serving as Senior Advisor-Venture Capital & Innovation Strategy to boards of Rogers, Vodafone, Globe (Singtel), KDDI, Sumitomo and CDP Capital. Other roles include 25 Silicon Valley/Asian startups working with Kleiner Perkins, Redpoint Ventures and Sutter Hill. Greg has developed unique domain knowledge across social, local, mobile, geo and adtech by serving as a Founding Board Member to Glympse, a Board Member to RX Networks and Interim VP Asia/Japan at Networks in Motion. In addition, he was recruited by Kleiner Perkins to serve on the Advisory Boards of Pelago and Movius and to serve as VP for Asia and Japan at Kodiak Networks. He was also the Founder/CEO of SecureMobile, an Angel Investor for Linktone - China's first mobile startup that led to a 2004 Nasdaq IPO - and Accel/IDG China Mobile Payment Spinoff (SmartPay).

Dave is responsible for interactive and loyalty marketing at Dunkin' Donuts. In this role, he oversees digital marketing (online, social and mobile marketing), payments (stored value and credit card programs), and guest loyalty. His primary responsibility is to develop and execute programs that use digital marketing channels to drive store traffic, top line revenue, and profitability.
Before joining Dunkin' Donuts in 2005, Dave spent 5 years at Digitas, most recently as VP/Account Director on the Delta Airlines SkyMiles client business. Prior to Digitas, Dave spent 13 years in retail banking working in customer service, branch management, and product management.
Dave holds an MBA from Babson College, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.

Amir Wain is a pioneer in the prepaid card industry. He founded Innovative Private Limited, a software-development firm, in 1987 and led the development of the transaction processing platform FastCash. Propelled by the success of Innovative and expanding market opportunities, Wain founded i2c Inc. in 2001 and with his team, launched My Card PlaceSM (MCP), i2c’s customizable, feature-rich card processing platform. Under Wain, i2c has introduced a number of prepaid industry firsts, including its Campaign Manager, Giftogram and i-Coupons products. He introduced the term “Prepaid2.0” to describe the change in mindset that embraces previously underserved cardholders as valuable customers and leads to comprehensive and flexible lifestyle products that incorporate value-added services and foster customer loyalty. At i2c, Wain continues to develop his vision with strategies to meet the needs of the evolving prepaid marketplace.

James Ward joined Belk Department stores in 2003 as VP of Credit. Belk was started in 1888 and is the largest privately held department store in the US, with sales of $3.7B. Belk has its footprint in the Southeast with its headquarters in Charlotte, NC. James is responsible for Belk's private label Belk Rewards card, third party tender, mobile strategies and gift cards. Through strategies focusing on relentless care of the customer, driving new accounts in the stores and building a strong Belk Rewards loyalty proposition, he grew Belk Rewards card penetration by a 1000+ bp to nearly 50% of sales.
James has over 23 years of expertise in the credit industry. Prior to Belk, he held senior leadership roles at Compucredit, Fingerhut, Associates Financial Services and Sears. James has a BA in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.

Marc Warshawsky is Senior Vice President, Mobile Channel Executive, where he is responsible for the strategy, planning, and channel management activities for the largest mobile banking provider in the U.S.
Marc joined Bank of America in 2006 as VP, eCommerce Channel Manager and led numerous strategic online initiatives. He was appointed Senior Vice President for Mobile Channel Management in 2008 where he was responsible for the mobile channel experience and strategic initiative portfolio. In 2009, he was promoted to his current position as Mobile Channel Executive.
Recently, Marc led the successful nationwide deployment of Bank of America's Text Banking and Mobile Applications suite which are used by over 8 million total users. Before joining the bank, Warshawsky held various leadership positions in Product Management and Engineering at BellSouth Telecommunications in Atlanta for 7 years.
Marc attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, earning membership in the Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honor Society. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.

Karen is the CEO of Market Platform Dynamics and has worked with some of the leading players in the payments, B2B and technology sectors. She also serves as a member of the board for several emerging companies in the payments, mobile and technology sectors, including PaySimple.Her work is focused on helping these innovators develop and implement sustainable business strategies.
Karen is a frequent speaker and author of numerous articles on the sources of innovation, strategy, loyalty, product design/bundling and pricing and platform strategies. Karen also served as an adjunct faculty member at her alma mater, Johns Hopkins University.
Karen served as the Managing Director of Global Marketing and Planning for PricewaterhouseCoopers' US$6 billion management consulting practice. She led the firm's eBusiness Strategic Marketing taskforce and created the strategic positioning and go-to-market approach for this firm-wide initiative. Karen later served as Chief Operating Officer for a US$125 million consulting subsidiary that is part of the MMC family of companies. In 2002, Karen launched her own B2B strategic marketing consultancy which later combined with MPD. She is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University, where she also holds a M.S. in Marketing.

Mr. Westby is a founding partner of Coalfire and serves as its President, COO and Senior Security Strategist. Mr. Westby brings over 15 years of IT security and IT controls design and implementation experience to the team. His broad industry experience also includes application development, e-business and business process integration. He has served as COO for a global managed application hosting company where he provided both technical and operations leadership. Mr. Westby has also served as the COO and CIO for the world's largest pharmacy e-business network and portal. Mr. Westby was selected as one of the nation's top 100 CIO's by CIO magazine. He is considered an industry leader in e-business and IT risk advisory, and has presented as a keynote speaker at some of the largest industry forums.

Mung Ki Woo is Group Executive of Mobile. In this role, he is responsible for leading the development and commercialization of mobile payment product platforms and solutions around the globe that create a sustainable competitive advantage for MasterCard and its customers.
Mr Woo joined Mastercard in January 2011. Previously, Mr. Woo was Vice-President Electronic Payments & Transactions at France Telecom - Orange, one of the largest telecoms operator in the world with retail operations in 32 countries. There he led the development of the "Orange Money" mobile payment program, which at the end of 2010 was commercially available in 6 African countries. He was also responsible for commercial deployment of Orange's mobile contactless services in their major European markets.
Prior to joining FT-Orange, Mr Woo was Chief Technical Officer of a French interbank organization specialized in electronic money systems. Before that, he managed a consulting practice at a French IT firm (Devoteam), having started his career at Thales working on large defense communication programs for the UK armed forces.
Mr. Woo is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom ParisTech.
